Long Term Care

Long term care is comprised of non-medical services for individuals who requires or would like assistance with tasks in and outside of the home. Our staff provides support with normal daily tasks such as: dressing, bathing, using the bathroom, and meal preparation. Increasingly, long-term care requires the knowledge of skilled aides to address the often multiple chronic conditions.  

Long term care can be provided for individuals with the following:

  • Developmental Disabilities
  • Services for Long Term Care Include:
  • Respite Care
  • Health Care amenities are available
  • Assistance with ADL’s- Activities of 
  • Daily Living:
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
  • Ambulation etc. 
  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating 
  • Companionship- participation in activities that may be centered around their ethnic, culture, geographic and demographic background of their interest.
  • Light housework 
  • Transportation to appointments
